Shipping & Free Delivery Policy

We want ordering to feel simple and stress-free. Every product has a specific pallet quantity, and once you reach that number, your shipping is completely free.

If your order is under the pallet amount, shipping is based on your state. Your rate will appear automatically at checkout. To make things super clear, here is a full list of every product and exactly how many boxes or rolls you need to ship free.

What if you order less than the pallet amount?

Totally fine.
You can order any number of boxes. Shipping will simply be calculated based on your location. You’ll see your exact shipping cost at checkout before placing your order.

Can you mix different products to reach free shipping?

Short answer: no.
Each product has its own pallet amount, and only that product can qualify itself for free shipping.

However, here’s the part most people appreciate: If none of the products in your cart hit their pallet amount, we only charge one shipping fee, based on whichever item has the highest shipping rate. Everything else ships along with it at no extra charge.

1. If none of the products hit their free-shipping pallet amount:

We only charge one shipping fee, based on whichever product has the highest shipping cost. All smaller items ride along at no extra charge.

Example:
10 boxes Drip Edge + 10 boxes Step Flashing
You only pay shipping for the Drip Edge (the higher shipping rate)
Step Flashing ships with it for free.

2. If one product reaches its free-shipping amount and the others don’t:

Only the product that didn’t hit the pallet amount will be charged shipping.

Example:
50 boxes Drip Edge D100-178 + 10 boxes Step Flashing SF38 (.015)
Drip Edge ships free
Step Flashing still has a shipping charge

3. If multiple products hit their free-shipping pallet amounts:

Everything ships free.

Example:
50 boxes Drip Edge + 32 boxes Trim Coil
Both meet pallet sizes
Everything ships for free
